Trey Reeme

Since 2004, Trey Reeme has been teaching credit unions how to use word of mouth to drive customers away from big banks in favor of financial cooperatives.

Trey is the Director of Channel Integration at TDECU, where he leads social media campaigns, launching Young & Free Texas in August 2008. Prior to joining TDECU, he was an entrepreneur and the primary contributor to the most acclaimed blog in his industry, Open Source CU, for which he still writes.

A seasoned speaker, Trey lives in Austin with his wife and daughter. He is a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana and in 2007 began work on his MBA.
